The Strategic Coyote (TSC) is a founder-led strategy and facilitation firm led by Briana Parker, Esq., a licensed attorney, strategist, and facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting organizations navigating growth, complexity, and change.
​
TSC’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and people. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with accelerators, incubators, and business support networks serving more than 100+ organizations, providing embedded strategy, facilitation, and learning support across multiple program models and regions.

TSC works alongside leadership teams to translate vision into execution, strengthen internal systems, and design learning environments grounded in real-world operational needs. Her background spans governance, compliance, program design, learning development, and hands-on advisory support, allowing her to help organizations move from high-level planning to durable, implementable action.

TSC was created to fill a common gap in business support ecosystems: the need for sustained, relational partnership that supports both strategy and day-to-day execution. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all consulting, the firm provides adaptive, embedded support that evolves with organizational context, capacity, and goals.
